Embracing our inner witch is a way of life. It isn’t something we just do every now and then.
The week leading up to Lammas we decluttered our sons room. Changed it around. They went through their clothes and let go of what didn’t fit and what they don’t like wearing and same with their toys. Threw out what was broken and no longer play with.
Was a huge job but worth it. Amazing how different a rooms energy can be when you declutter
We did some gardening. Harvested our basil and thyme. Cleaned up our front garden and prepared to make a fairy garden!!
From our garden we found some vine. We collected them and made a pentacle. Which is on our altar
I baked some gluten free bread. Which everyone loved.
For our Lammas ritual this year it was simple but powerful. That’s the beautiful thing is your rituals can be big and elaborate or simple. Either way it’s powerful and all comes down to your intention
Dave and l sat with our altar, lit our candle and spoke openly about the abundance and gratitude for what we have in our lives. It was very heartfelt!!!
Thing you can do for Lammas:
What every you do do follow your intuition and do what feels right for you. Honour the first harvest in a way that is right for you, even if it is completely different to everyone else!!
When you follow what feels right for you it flows and you open yourself up to the divine more. When you do what others say to do you go against you and it won’t flow and it isn’t aligned.
