For the last few weeks my intuition has been niggling at me to do this video and l have been ignoring it. I have been ignoring this as it was painful and feeling very vulnerable.
Ignoring my intuition has made me tired and blah. Sooooo yesterday l bit the bullet. I did the video, which wouldn't load and had to do it again. It was very emotionally draining.
I am sharing part of my rock bottom story to bring awareness to infant loss and to other mums that you can be happy again

I want people to talk about this. It is time to bring it out of the dark ages.
Time for people to know and women to talk about their baby(s) openly. Mums also need to know that they can be happy again too, even with their grief!!

Hello Divine Goddesses
Over the years l have head a lot of people talking about having boundaries however in just over the last 12 months l have started to get it. Get what people are talking about. How they are needed and important.
I have come to the conclusion they are very healthy to have and are needed.
For me to do this l needed to go with in and work out my values, what was important to me, how l wanted my life to be, role models l wanted for my children and the home wanted to create for my children.
Just over 12 months ago l needed to make some tough decisions about who l wanted in and out of my life. It was really hard however once that decisions was made WOW what a difference it made. I felt a massive energy shift in me and life got better and better. It was amazing.
Now David and l have had loads of chats and sat with what we want for us and our tribe (5 children and one on the way), what life we want to live, home life we want to create, what we want our tribe to grow up in and really felt that we are responsible for the role models in our tribes lives. We look at how people treat us and if we don't like it, then we are responsible for doing something about it. How people treat us is their choice, However, how we react and if we allow it the is OUR choice.
We got clear with each other about our boundaries and are implementing them. This allows us to have a happy and stable home for us all and role modelling to our children too. Practising what we are preaching!
I have learnt setting boundaries isn't necessarily easy, it can be painful and hurt. However letting people walk all over you continually is more painful. The other side of setting boundaries is being respected, happy and clear focus in life. Working through the hurt and pain is very much worth it. I strongly recommend it and it is one of the many things l work with my clients.

This was a very interesting conversation I had with the kids Chappy the other day.
They have a program they run for the kids and parents and it's based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. As a life coach we don't call it therapy but coaching (CBC). Even though have been studying this it was fantastic to go through this program on a child level and strategies to work with your child with anxiety. Got a lot out of this and have noticed a huge difference in my child too. Wish this program was taught to all kids and parents. Looking forward to doing this again but relating to teenagers.
With CBC it is based on that just about everything comes from a thought which affects our feelings & emotions which then affect our behaviour.
This concept too awhile for me to grasp. For me to grasp this l had to look with in. When lve been upset/angry/happy/frustrated what have I been thinking? I know how lve acted out. But where have my thoughts been? And holly crap, I saw the link. Our mind is extremely powerful!!! Our thoughts are sooo powerful!! They create our reality!!!
Last year I really started consciously working on my gremlin mind. I realised l was in charge on my thoughts NOT my thoughts in charge of me. This has changed things dramatically and is a working progress!!! But WOW what a huge difference it has made and making. It has cut my anxiety down dramatically and my life has gone from rock bottom to the top, better then l could have imagined!!
Back to this conversation with the Chappy. We ask people "how are you?", when really we should be asking "how are your thoughts today?"
Now sit with this, "How are Your thoughts today?"
Starts with thoughts. Thoughts affect our emotions & feelings, which effect our behaviour!!
