Hello Beautiful Goddess
The last three days my daughter has been home unwell. We have been resting a lot in bed. It has been nice having this one on one although would rather her healthy.
I am grateful that l am able to be home with any of the kids when need be. I also love that l can drop them at school and pick them up. Doesn't seem like much but it means a lot to me.
With this pregnancy I am really learning to listen to my body and rest. Some days I feel to tired, sick or sore to move out of bed. Now a days most of my study and work things live beside my bed so l can keep working and studying. But some days l just have to sleep. And to be honest it is hard some days to do this, it gets frustrating and gets depressing. I have work l want to do and things to achieve. I'm working on this amazing business idea and it's slowly coming into fruition. More dreams coming true. People that know me know lm not the most patient person, so resting isn't getting it done. However in the last year I've really learnt the benefits and need for self care and have made massive lead way with my gremlin mind (anxiety).
The Inner Peace Workbook is complete!! Yay!! Super exciting. Really want to market this and get this out there and l want to keep working on the behind scenes of the Inner Bliss of a Goddess Circle however I'm tired and not feeling the best. Having an auto immune dis-ease from long term adrenal fatigue sucks shit balls. Even with all the progress l have made there are some days where it hits me and being pregnant on top is taking more out of my body.
I have a little girl growing inside of me. It is highly important to rest and listen to my body. It's been nearly a year since my still born son, Isaac was born. The worst experience and time of my life has taught me so much and still learning.
I have learnt I am way stronger then I have ever given myself credit for and yet l need to be a lot kinder, gentler and take good care of myself.
I know by taking the time for self care will long term give me better results. Rather then pushing on and getting things done half assed and making me unwell and pushing my adrenal fatigue to the limits, self care is a necessity.
The gremlin mind is put back in its box and my intuition of self care and rest is followed.
Here is to taking the time out for self care. A necessity in all out lives!!

Dear Magical Goddess
I am creating a sacred space for women, Inner Bliss of a Goddess Circle. In the past I have held women circles in my lounge room. Now I want to expand. I also want to support and guide women in their inner journey in wellness.
Adrenal fatigue is my speciality. I work with this on many different levels. There is no one quick fix and there is definitely no one size fits all. It's about finding what works for you and that is perfect, even if those around you find it not perfect for them.
When l look back over my life l can now see that adrenal fatigue (What are Adrenal Glands) stems right back to my early childhood. Being anxious and scared isn't normal in childhood l have learnt. Speed up to 24 years old with my first miscarriage and a month later diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism. Life took a turn downwards. I couldn't work full time. I was tired alllllll the time and it didn't matter how much l slept. Moods increased. PMS was shocking and periods all over the place. Weight gain happened by just looking at food but getting it off was near impossible. It was depressing. A list of some of adrenal fatigue signs and symptoms.
Speed up to early 30s and l started studying Western Herbal Medicine, which l also added on Naturopathy too. Near the end of this course sitting in an Adrenal Fatigue workshop and it just hit me. The speaker was explaining how I felt most of my life. Then a it hit, my subclinical hypothyroidism was due to long term adrenal fatigue. My poor adrenals had enough and body couldn't cope.
Since then it's been a huge journey in learning and growing. It's taken over 30 years to get to a point where I get it now. I get the long term effects of stress, anxiety, lack of sleep, shitty diet, gremlin mind and much more.
Learning self care, self love, nourishment on all levels make a huge difference. I do not have to live my life bound to my bed, no energy, brain fog (I hate this. This is the worst for me and would depress me), body aches and pains, unable to sleep at night but being totally tired and exhausted, difficult waking in the morning and just being miserable.
I have studied and have lived though this and it's an on going journey and it will be to the end. I see so many other women who can relate to this and can't see a way out. It is now time to share this with other goddesses. Life doesn't have to be this way. You can be energised, clear thinking, live the life you want and be a kickass Goddess. The Inner Bliss of a Goddess Circle is a sacred space. To begin with it has the Inner Peace Program. This was designed as an eight week program however in the Circle you will have constant access to it. You can do it as an eight week program or in your own time. You can revisit it at anytime.

Hello Divine Goddess
Had one of my dearest friends call me to chat and ask about what my intuitive feelings on what to do about some work she had been doing. I have known this gorgeous Goddess for a very, very long time. She is amazing and a very talented artist. I reminded her that we have had this conversation many times and l still get the same intuitive message for her. When I recommend somethings she could do with her amazing artwork, you could feel her energy change dramatically (even through the phone), her voice quietened and voice quivered a little.
I realised it was bringing up some inside things for her. Things like self doubt, confidence, self worth and all those feelings we journey through. But we hide behind them and don't share our amazing unique gifts. Working through them is one of the biggest blessings and gifts to ourselves and other people. Your gifts are needed out in this world!!!!
I said to her "your gifts are needed in this world! Why are you deny people this?"
This gorgeous Goddess works in mental health and would do anything to help anyone, so l knew this question would make her think!

Hello Beautiful Goddess
We are all human and no one is perfect. We all have chapters in our lives that we would like to forget and possibly erase or go back and change it. But erasing them changes who are in this present moment.
There are definitely things in my life I would love to go back and change. Especially from those experiences I have learnt so much and grown however by going back and changing them l change who l am today. I have learnt to love who l am today. I love my life. I am very blessed and grateful for my life and what it has taught me so far.
Had a interesting conversation with one of my dear friend awhile a go and have been thinking about it. We were talking about friends from the past and how much we have grown since then and how it's funny even though have grown and not the same person as then, still are looked upon as the same person. The question then was well maybe they have changed too..... Maybe..... Maybe not..... As said some people never change and don't want to change. Good point. And that's ok. It's their choice. Change is a big inside job!
Then it was a matter of who cares. It's really none of my business. What I do is give thanks for coming into my life and showing me what it was l needed at that time in my life. Thank you for showing me more of myself and for the opportunity that has allowed me to grow and learn and be a better version of myself.
Life has so many rising opportunities and it is a choice in what you want to do with them. You can get caught up in it and go around in circles OR look at what you can learn and make your life better and a better you. I choose the second option and give thanks. One lesson I found that came up and still does, is forgiveness!
Learning to forgive others and no that does not mean you have to condone their actions and self forgiveness.
Self forgiveness takes a huge weight off your shoulders. It stops the hurt, anger, bitterness and what ever other emotions are being felt manifesting into a dis-ease and you carrying it around and effecting all other aspects of your life. I have had clients say oh but it doesn't effect me. Through conversation we go through and it becomes an "ah-ha" moment for them when they recognise the effect it is having on them and those around them. From here they move into forgiveness.
Forgiveness is now something l recognise more easily that needs to be done however there are things that come up and I am full of very raw emotions and I'm not at that forgiveness stage. It's here that I recognise with in myself that l need to sit and work more within. I don't want this person/situation holding me back, l want to learn and grow. With forgiveness amazing shifts will happen in your life!!
I give thanks for the opportunities to grow, learn and make room for the amazing people and things in my life right now!
